SWEDISH GOSPEL SOUND

Twenty-six years ago seven men from the Swedish version of the Evangelical Covenant Church came together to begin singing and playing together.

Today the “Swedish Gospel Sound” is very popular all over Sweden. They have sung in packed churches, jazz festivals, at huge outdoor concerts, and they have appeared on Swedish Television. They are famous for their sound: Southern Gospel Quartet Music!

The group’s members include:

Dan-Inge Olsson, 54, Covenant pastor, tenor singer, composer, arranger
Stig Sjöberg, 64, singer, cornet player, former advertising company owner
Lars-Åke Martinsson, 53, singer, bass guitar player, company supervisor
Sven-Åke Jeppsson, 61, singer, guitar and banjo player, Headmaster
Jonathan Martinsson, 20, drummer, University student

The members of the Swedish Gospel Sound love Jesus and their concerts shows it in the song they sing and the testimonies they share.

The Swedish Gospel Sound will present concerts which are fun and of excellent quality. Their witness is unmistakable.
